1. What we store

Your Telegram user ID, display name, username (only shown to our support team), language and the commands you send to the bot.

Sellers: the channel or group ID and title, plans, prices, promo codes, trial and grace settings, and the payout wallet address.

Buyers: invoices (amount, plan, the wallet address that paid, transaction hashes) and membership dates.

Support messages you send with /support.

2. The blockchain is public

Payments happen on the public TON blockchain. Wallet addresses, amounts and comments (the invoice number) are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.

3. Why we use it

To run the service: create invoices, confirm payments, send invite links and reminders, and remove members when access ends; to prevent fraud; to answer support; to publish aggregated, anonymous stats.

4. Who sees it

The seller of a channel sees its members' Telegram IDs, access status, dates and payments in their dashboard and CSV export.

Service providers that process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting), Telegram (messages), toncenter (blockchain reads; it receives wallet addresses). We don't sell data and we don't use advertising trackers.

5. How long

Invoices: about 400 days. Membership records: until about 90 days after the access ends. Account and seller settings: until you ask us to delete them. Backups follow the same rules.

6. Your choices

Ask for a copy of your data or for deletion with /support in @Kasa98bot. Blockchain data and records a seller exported earlier cannot be deleted by us. You can block the bot at any time; reminders then stop.

7. Cookies

Checkout pages set no cookies. The TON Connect wallet widget remembers your wallet connection in your browser's local storage. Our website only remembers your language choice.
