Terms

1. Kasa98 is non-custodial software. Buyers pay sellers directly, wallet to wallet; 2% of each payment goes to the public fee wallet in the same transaction. We never receive, hold or move anyone's funds.
2. Sellers are responsible for what they sell and for refunds. We cannot refund payments we never received.
3. Not accepted: "guaranteed profit", pump or signal schemes, scams, illegal content. On a credible fraud report the bot leaves the chat.
4. The bot only needs "invite users" and "ban users" rights and never posts or deletes messages.
5. Payments are on the TON blockchain (USDT jetton or TON). Network fees are paid by the payer.
